Job Description

The Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing Faxoc's brand strategy, positioning, and messaging. This role will drive brand awareness, enhance brand perception, and ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building strong, compelling brands in the tech space.

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to position Faxoc as a leader in AI-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
  • Ensure that Faxoc's brand identity is aligned with its mission, vision, and values.
  • Craft clear, compelling, and consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences, including recruitment agencies, SMEs, and large corporations.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure the brand message is integrated into all communication channels, including website content, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Develop key value propositions that highlight Faxoc’s unique selling points, focusing on AI-powered recruitment, efficiency, and qualified candidate matching.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation across multiple channels (digital, social media, content, events).
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging assets (visuals, copy, videos) that support brand initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns to optimize and improve future brand efforts.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints and marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines that define brand voice, tone, design elements, and overall aesthetics.
  • Work with external agencies and partners to ensure alignment with Faxoc’s brand standards.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and trends within the recruitment industry.
  • Gather customer feedback and analyze brand perception to continuously improve the brand strategy.
  • Monitor and report on key brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across the customer journey.
  • Provide brand insights to support product development, customer communications, and sales enablement.
  • Represent Faxoc’s brand at industry events, conferences, and in press opportunities.
  • Establish Faxoc as a thought leader in the AI and recruitment technology space by producing content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blog posts) and engaging with key stakeholders in the industry.
